We only collect the name and email address you voluntarily provide when subscribing to our newsletter. Additionally, through anonymous analytics cookies, we obtain aggregated technical information (device type, browser, pages visited).
3. Purpose of the processing
Your data is used to send the monthly financial education newsletter, answer enquiries and improve the quality of our content. We do not use your data for automated commercial profiling or transfer it to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Retention period
We keep your data for as long as you remain subscribed to the newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time through the link included at the bottom of each email or by writing to privacy@smart-method-pro.com. Once the request is received, your data will be deleted within a maximum of 15 working days.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, objection, limitation and erasure at any time by writing to privacy@smart-method-pro.com and attaching a copy of a valid ID document.
